Uncle Gii’s Gourmet Salsa

The year was 1978 when an old prospector known only as Uncle Gii was mining the Klondike for gold. The gold rush was long over but Uncle Gii, being the tenacious fella’ he is, refused to give up hope.

After a long, arduous day, Gii was headed back to his shack for a well deserved belt of Whiskey when he stumbled across a very unusual patch of red peppers. Being the inquisitive fella’ that he is, Gii bent down, picked a pepper and took a bite. Locals from the area still recall hearing a distinct echo through the hills that sounded very much like “it’s Giiiiilicious!”

And thus Uncle Gii’s Salsa was born!
